Conference Centre on Saturday 28 April 2012.
Our
12th Annual Conference, AGM and Information day has been scheduled for
Saturday 28th April 2012, commencing at 09:00AM with
registration/tea/coffee in
The Hogan Mezzanine, Croke Park Stadium,
Dublin.
Free car parking is provided.
Entrance is by Prepaid Ticket Only
Membership of ISAT is now FREE, for any diagnosed sufferer of
Sleep Apnoea and their family. If you wish to
DONATE to ISAT, please go to our ISAT online secure
PayPal facility here, or send your remittance to Mr. Dan Smyth,
General Secretary ISAT at the address below using this
Booking Form. (Form will be available in course).
Due to
catering requirements, we cannot accept ticket orders after Tuesday 24th
April 2012. Prepaid tickets along with a full agenda and other
relative information will be posted to you in advance of the conference.
There is a small number of Invalid Car Parking Spaces. If you have
a suitable sticker and require one please phone 086-6053891 (before 24th
April) to reserve one. First come, first served.
If you have a dietary requirement (vegetarian/celiac) please note it on
your ticket booking form, which has already been posted to you.
Tickets are priced at €15 and membership of ISAT is now FREE, for any
diagnosed sufferer of Sleep Apnoea and their family. If you wish
to DONATE to ISAT, please enter the amount in the space provided on the
TICKET BOOKING FORM, which you can download
HERE and send your remittance. You can also
donate online via our secure
PayPal facility.
If any of the Contact Information on your Booking Form (received by post) is incorrect, please amend accordingly and return. If we don't have email or mobile contact co-ordinates please fill in carefully and return.
All members of ISAT will hold a first preference privilege to attendance at the Annual Conference, AGM and Information Day.
Non members may also attend provided there are vacancies and they apply in writing on the approved Booking Form well in advance enclosing the relevant attendance remittance to:-
